Drinkling alkaline water?
I used to have a little apple cider vinegar and it really helped me lose some weight (from 210 to 190 pounds). You have to do some light exercise but it does work. Making your body more alkaline also seems to reduce the chances of you getting some dreadful condition. Mind you, this is all YouTube Doctory…. but it did reduce my weight for sure.
So my question is… should I switch to alkaline drinking water? Anyone tried that? Noticed any difference in your long term health?…
