Grappling hook uses

Didn't want to resurrect an old thread- but wanted to discuss something that doesn't get much attention.

So as far as I know- about a year ago I invented a technique to convert part of my gear into an effective grappling hook. it is capable of holding much more than my body weight (static obviously). this gives me an additional capability for zero additional weight.
