Supposing you were looking for a new homesite or homestead for long-term sustainable living, what kinds of things would you look for, and what priority would you place on them? I think the old Real Estate mantra of "Location, Location, Location" may still apply, but what we tend to look for, isn't what the majority of people are looking for – so I don't know if that makes sense or not.
