I’ve read about the the California law prohibiting importation of ammo from another state entering California. It specifies “ammo PURCHASED in another state” is banned form entering California. So….when when my friends and family come to Az from California, for a visit, i assume I can give them cases of ammo as a “GIFT”. Technically speaking, are gifts subject to the ban?
