Anyone paying attention to all the layoffs?

Something been keeping an eye on.
Yesterday a journalist was calling lay offs of journalists a blood bath.

Also have noticed lots of layoffs in the financial sector.

And those are just a few.

what’s your thoughts? Is the economy tanking or is AI taking over?
