Canned evaporated milk. Not for LTS
I have put back many cans of evaporated canned milk.
I recently moved and re-organized my LTS canned goods.
I decided to open a can of Carnation evaporated milk with the best by date of 4/2013.
I shook it well before opening. The liquid inside was a dark brown and had a putrid odor to it. Coagulated mess at the bottom.
Definitely not safe.
I then opened a couple more of that brand from around the same date range. Same results.
Then I opened 2 cans of Bakers Corner brand(ALDI Brand), dated…
