Ball Blue Book Recipe for Spiced Tomato Soup – can someone help me out? I have conflicting info.

I've been planning on canning up some tomato soup.

Came across this video
She says her recipe is from the Ball Blue Book, and it's also available on Bernadin's website (Bernadin is the Canadian version of Ball, they are owned by the same company).

However, the recipe as listed on Bernadin's site seems off… for starters it says it makes 4 pints, but the first ingredient is 16 cups of tomatoes, and all total you're using about 26 cups of stuff…. so…

Ball Blue Book Recipe for Spiced Tomato Soup – can someone help me out? I have conflicting info.
