EMP vehicle protection

So to make a long story short (ish), I just ran across a device that plugs into the OBD2 port that supposedly will protect a vehicle from electric surges including (again supposedly) an EMP event. The EPA has mandated that an OBD2 port be installed in every car or truck manufactured after 1996. Now there is a device for only a little over a hundred bucks that will protect our vehicles from EMP. If this device is so all fired terrific, then why are we not hearing more about it? Color me…

Woody chicken breast

Have you all started to notice this phenomenon becoming more prevalent in store bought "dinosaur " chicken breasts? ( we call them dino breasts because they are so ginormous)

Recently, every package of breast I have purchased has had at least one with woody texture. When cooked, it is sort of spongy/rubbery… completely unpalatable. As in, it gags us, unpalatable.
I can spot it now that I know what it is…
