We had a Ronco for a number of years and it was great but we needed to rotate the racks and that wasn't so great, we were gifted a Nesco it's a big improvement with how quickly food is dehydrated but it may be louder than we'd like. I've been eyeing the Excalibur but I have no personal knowledge, any other good brands?
