Is the Dream Over? Is it Too Late to get a Bug Out Home in the American Redoubt?

There's a thread on how prepping is changing. It's more than just the people changing though. Self sufficency and bugging out is becoming unattainable for the average American. Are preppers being priced out?

I found this (article below) the other day. Montana, Idaho, and Oregon, along with CA and Hawaii are now the least affordable states to live. With WA and WY not far behind. I also saw a youtube recently about the HOMELESS in Boseman.
