Just joined the forum. I'm looking to get a couple of IBC totes for water supply. Only good place to store it is in the basement(dark/cool). Couple of questions: I believe the water is to be cycles every 6-12 months. What is the best way to accomplish emptying the totes? A sump pump would be a great way, but the top diameter will not accommodate my sump pump. Maybe there's a simpler way that I am missing. Lastly, is it a good idea to put each tote on top of cinders? Thank you!
