I use a katadyn 3 candle filter tank, I only use one filter a time with the other two holes plugged since it is only me that uses it to save filter life spans. It provides more than enough drinking water with this setup.

I want to displace some volume in the supply tank to keep more of the candle emersed when in use. I was thinking I could place some of my marble blocks in this tank for this purpose. Is marble safe or is there a better media that I can use to do this.
