Bacon wrapped stuffed pickles..
Started with dill pickles, sliced in half lengthwise. Then scored long and short the flesh careful not to cut the skin. I then used a small measure spoon 1/3tsp to scoop the inside to make a small pickle boat. Let sit on paper towels for a bit to reduce moisture.
I also started the bacon in a covered pan on medium low. I wanted it cooked about 80-90% so oven time could be reduced and not have the filling melt out. This…
