Survival-game. What would you take, where would you go?

Alright bit of a survival scenario game here.

So, a messenger comes to you and tells you that you must flee into the wild for at least 4 months tomorrow or you will die. You cannot return to civilization, establishment, or even a house in that period. You cannot take a vehicle, bike, or aircraft.
