Anyone use a 16qt Presto Pressure Canner

I’m looking to get started at canning meats.
There is a barely used 16qt Presto Pressure Canner for sale in my area.
What’s your thoughts on this canner?
It’s aluminum. Safe?

If no good, what’s your choices?
