Charging Jackery with Bicycle Powered Generator?

I've put off buying a Jackery for a few years. I can never bring myself to pull the trigger just due to sticker shock. But, I'm now really considering doing it as a backup for the typical winter power outages we get. But, if I think bigger picture (cyber attack, emp, etc) let's assume that I have it stored correctly when not in use to try to secure it against an EMP.
