Has anyone considered a Survival trailer/re-stock trailer?

Has anyone envisioned some sort of survival/re-stocking trailer if they were to have to bug out?

Like many on here, my first thought is not bugging out. I plan to stay right where I am, as long as I possibly can, however the idea of having to move is always in the back of everyone's head in the event something were to happen to our home.
