The climate was superb for the corn crop this year. Our neighborhood sweet corn farmers have the best sweet corn ever!
I want to freeze a bunch but have not a clue how to efficiently get the kernels off the cob and into vacuum sealed bags for winter feasting.
Best I can come up with is a nail or screw into a board and start slicing it off.
Any cool curved cutters or gizmo to make this process easier?
