Just got the emergency alert over my radio. There’s a severe thunderstorm heading directly for me. Expecting sustained 60mph winds with gusts up to 75mph being likely. Also expecting quarter sized hail with damage to vehicles and trees being virtually guaranteed. NWS is advising people to seek immediate shelter in an interior room on the lowest level of a building. Will update later.
