Hey all, years ago I came across a download on the forum that was originally made for developing countries. It contained about 100+ pages of information to develop civilization from nothing to a fully functioning town/ government. After a bad storm, my computer was subject to a lightning surge and lost all files. It was a very interesting collection, please share with me if you have it.
