What are not commonly known rules & regulations…?? For example: It is my understanding that you can't have "CASH" or GOLD/SILVER in your safe deposit box. Are there State rules other than Federal rules…?? What is the goal of these rules & regulations…?? Discuss all things related to safe deposit boxes.
