Is there an amount of “CASH” above which it is illegal to possess..?

Is there a law reference how much "cash" you can be in possession of…???

Lets assume that for years someone drew cash from their savings account, and they kept the monthly bank statements showing the withdrawals for each month WITH THE CASH.
