Fighting when you age….. my take on the Tyson vs Paul bout

For the record I just turned 60 and have started boxing again so I had pretty big interest in the Tyson / Paul fight.

Training and sports nutrition have come a long way for both aging men and women to stay in pretty good shape…..many of them look like they are ready for a fight but last nights fight revealed something pretty interesting.

Running holsters

I run regularly, and do most of my running either on trails or on the country roads I live on. I'm currently training for a marathon, so my weekly mileage is starting to add up. Over the weekend I was out running on some trails that are mostly used by dirt bikes and ATVs, when I got hassled by a group on dirt bikes.
