I got this small shortwave radio for $22. I clipped a 10 foot wire to its antenna and stuck it up in the air at my yurt which is just canvas walls with nothing around for urban disturb , I didn’t really get too many stations or any great reception. Some guy on utube says reception may be better in the summer but that cheaper units are supposed to have decent reception if you set it up right and this thing has good reviews
